Refund Policy Overview

How INCA refunds work: the eligibility windows for the INCCP and Self-Paced Specialty Programs, the minimum 6% processing fee, and why payment plans are non-refundable.

This article summarizes INCA’s refund policies. Refund eligibility is limited and varies by program type. For full, binding policy language (including definitions, timelines, and exceptions), always refer to the INCA Course Policies.

General Refund Rules (All Programs)

  • Courses or products priced under $100 are always non-refundable.
  • All approved refunds are subject to a minimum 6% processing fee.
  • Payment plans are never refundable, regardless of participation, deferral, or withdrawal. See Payment Plans: Terms & Responsibilities.

Payment plans are never refundable. Enrolling on a payment plan commits you to the full tuition amount — even if you later defer or withdraw.

Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program (INCCP)

Refunds for the Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program are limited and available only if all of the following are true:

  • The request is made within 48 hours of registration, and
  • The program start date is 30 or more days away, and
  • No course materials have been accessed and no required pre-course surveys have been submitted.

If these conditions are not met, refunds are not available.

The 48-hour window is strict. Once you submit a pre-course survey or open any course materials, you are no longer eligible for a refund — even within the 48 hours.

Self-Paced Specialty Programs

Specialty Programs priced at $100 or more may be eligible for a refund if you submit a written request within 1 business day of registration, provided that:

  • The course invitation has not been accepted, and
  • No course materials have been accessed.

Once you accept the course invitation or course access begins, the enrollment becomes non-refundable — even if less than 1 business day has passed.

Refunds vs. Deferrals and Re-Enrollment

Refunds are separate from deferrals and re-enrollment:

  • Deferring a program does not make tuition refundable. See Deferring Your Enrollment.
  • Withdrawing from a program does not cancel payment obligations.
  • Re-enrollment requires a new registration and tuition payment. See Re-Enrollment Policy.

How to Request a Refund or Get Help
