Can I Change Cohorts or Defer After I Enroll?
How to move to a different cohort or defer your start, and where the policy lives.
Overview
Life happens. If you've enrolled in the Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program (INCCP) and need to start with a later cohort, deferrals are available under INCA's published policy.
How Deferrals Work
- Deferrals apply to the cohort-based portions of the INCCP (Foundations and Practicum).
- A complimentary deferral is available during Week 1 of the program (your faculty mentor issues a waiver code by the posted Week-1 deadline).
- After Week 1, a deferral fee applies, as outlined in the policy.
Note: Self-paced specialty programs aren't cohort-based, so deferrals don't apply the same way — you simply have one year of access from your enrollment date.
