  • You do not need to be in private practice
  • You do not need previous experience working as a coach

What Matters More Than Experience

  • Curiosity about whole-person, integrative approaches
  • Willingness to engage in reflective and experiential learning
  • Openness to self-awareness and personal growth
  • Interest in strengthening communication and relationship-based skills

How Coaching Skills Are Taught

  • INCCP provides structured learning, guided practice, and peer coaching experiences
  • Self-paced specialty programs introduce coaching-informed approaches within specific focus areas

Programs are designed to help nurses build confidence over time.

Is This a Good Fit If I'm New to Coaching?

Yes. Many nurses enroll specifically because they want to develop stronger communication and listening skills, support sustainable behavior change, bring a more holistic approach into their work, and explore nurse coaching as a professional pathway.
