Will I Earn Continuing Education Credits / Contact Hours in the INCCP?

Yes — the INCCP provides nursing continuing education contact hours and is ANCC-accredited and California BRN approved. Here's the breakdown by level.

Yes — you earn nursing contact hours

The Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program (INCCP) provides continuing education contact hours at each level. Here's how they break down:

INCA is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's (ANCC's) Commission on Accreditation — and is also approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider #17700).

  • Level 1 — Foundations: 90 contact hours (14 weeks)
  • Level 2 — Practicum: 156 contact hours (16 weeks)
  • Level 3 — Board Certification Review: the Nurse Coach Board Certification Review is 24 contact hours; a Holistic Nursing Certification Review course is also included in every pathway (contact hours coming soon)
  • Level 4 — Professional Development Branches (self-paced): Integrating Nurse Coaching in Organizations adds 40 contact hours; the Nurse Coach Private Practice Business Branch contact hours are coming soon
  • Bonus — Integrative Nurse Coaching Interventions: contact hours coming soon

That's more than 270 contact hours across the core levels alone (Foundations, Practicum, and the Nurse Coach Board Certification Review), with additional hours added by the Holistic Nursing Review, your Level 4 branch(es), and the bonus course depending on your pathway.

You receive access to Levels 3 and 4 at the conclusion of Level 2, and you keep lifetime access to complete them.
