The Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program (INCCP) offers a comprehensive curriculum that equips nurses with the theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and professional tools needed to transform health and healing—individually and systemically. Level 1: Integrative Nurse Coach® Foundations (14 weeks, 90 contact hours)

Learn Nurse Coaching skills, tools, and competencies to understand the power of Nurse Coaching.

Engage in interactive video sessions, discussion forums, bi-weekly live meetings, peer coaching practice, and reflective activities.
Level 2: Integrative Nurse Coach® Practicum (16 weeks, 100 contact hours)

Apply your Nurse Coaching skills with pro bono clients and attend live faculty mentor meetings to refine your professional Nurse Coaching practice.

Practice coaching clients under INCA Nurse Coach faculty expert supervision.

Utilize INCA’s customized client management system, MyNurseCoach Practice™, for client sessions.
Level 3: Nurse Coach Board Certification Review (Self-paced, 24 contact hours)

Solidify your knowledge, gain exam strategies, and prepare confidently to sit for the NC-BC® board certification exam.

Engage in comprehensive, self-paced review covering core competencies, standards of practice, and ethical guidelines required for board-certified nurse coaches.
