Discover how this online program blends structure and flexibility to support deep learning, community, and certification readiness.

The Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program (INCCP) is a fully online, cohort-based program designed for working nurses. It blends live group interaction, self-paced content, experiential learning, and mentorship to support both personal transformation and professional development.

The program is structured across four progressive levels:

  • Level 1: Foundations – 14 weeks of core concepts and coaching skill development

  • Level 2: Practicum – 16 weeks of supervised peer and client coaching

  • Level 3: Board Certification Review – A self-paced course preparing you for the NC-BC exam

  • Level 4: Professional Practice Branches – Choose between a private practice track or a systems integration track (or choose both!)

Enrollment also includes access to a bonus course, Integrative Nurse Coaching Interventions, and use of our proprietary client management system.

The format includes a combination of live web sessions, peer practice, faculty supervision, digital resources, and reflective assignments—all designed to meet board certification requirements and support real-world application.
