  2. Integrative Nurse Coach Certificate Program

What day/time are the live sessions? How do you form the mentorship/supervision groups?

Understand how our live sessions are scheduled and how you’ll be matched with a faculty-led supervision group.

Mentorship groups are formed approximately 3 weeks before the program begins. Each group consists of 8-12 nurses and is led by a Board Certified Nurse Coach faculty member who provides live mentorship throughout the Practicum.

There will be a link to select your group in your welcome letter, which is sent approximately 3 weeks prior to the cohort's start date.

While exact times vary, here's an example of supervision meeting times from a recent cohort (you would choose just ONE of these options):

  • Mondays at 7 PM ET

  • Tuesdays at 3 PM or 8 PM ET

  • Wednesdays at 7 PM ET

  • Thursdays at 9 PM ET

Live group sessions typically meet every other week on Google Meet. You’ll be matched with a consistent group and faculty mentor, creating a close-knit learning environment for peer coaching, discussion, and transcript feedback.

Although your exact group and time may differ, you can expect a similar range of options to accommodate different schedules and time zones.
