Tuition Overview
An overview of tuition and what's included, plus common payment scenarios.
Overview
INCA programs are intentionally designed as premium, professional education for nurses who want depth, rigor, and meaningful transformation — not surface-level training. Tuition reflects the scope of learning, expert faculty involvement, and the systems required to deliver accredited education and learner support at a high standard. Because programs vary in structure and design, tuition differs across offerings.
Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program (INCCP)
The Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program (INCCP) is INCA's flagship and most comprehensive program. INCCP tuition reflects:
- A multi-level, cohort-based educational experience
- Live, faculty-led instruction by nationally recognized nurse leaders
- Mentorship groups and supervised peer coaching
- A structured practicum designed to support professional competence
- Progressive skill development across required program levels
- Ongoing access to alumni learning resources and community
Because of its depth, live engagement, experiential design, and pathway to board certification, INCCP tuition is higher than self-paced specialty programs.
Self-Paced Specialty Programs
INCA's self-paced specialty programs provide focused, high-quality education in specific areas. Tuition reflects:
- Expert-developed curriculum created by leaders in the field
- On-demand access to thoughtfully curated content
- One year to complete core program requirements
- Practical tools and frameworks that support real-world application
- Flexibility for working nurses to learn on their own schedule
What Your Tuition Supports
- High-quality, evidence-informed curriculum
- Experienced nurse faculty and program leadership
- Learning design that integrates reflection, application, and professional growth
- Ongoing platform development and learner support
- Certificates of completion and ANCC contact hours, when applicable
What Tuition Does Not Include
- Board certification application or examination fees
- Licensure or regulatory fees
- Required textbooks
- Personal technology or internet access
Thinking About Tuition as a Professional Investment
Many students view tuition as an investment in expanded skill sets, career sustainability, leadership or practice evolution, and long-term impact on patient and client outcomes. Approximately one-quarter of INCA students receive employer reimbursement or professional development funding, and many use available payment options to support financial planning.
