Grounded in evidence-based behavior change

Nurse Coaching isn't just encouragement. You'll learn to meet clients wherever they are in the change process and use proven, evidence-informed methods to support lasting change — skills that set board-certified Nurse Coaches apart from general wellness coaches.

Level 1: Foundations (14 weeks, 90 contact hours)

Experience self-transformation while building core coaching skills with peers and expert faculty mentors through interactive video sessions, discussion forums, bi-weekly live meetings, peer coaching, and reflective practice.

Level 2: Practicum (16 weeks, 156 contact hours)

Apply your skills with pro bono clients under expert faculty supervision, using INCA's client management system. The Practicum includes the 60 supervised coaching hours required for board certification.

Level 3: Board Certification Review (self-paced)

Includes the Nurse Coach Board Certification Review (24 contact hours) and a Holistic Nursing Certification Review course (contact hours coming soon) — both included in every pathway.

Level 4: Professional Development Branches (self-paced)

  • Nurse Coach Private Practice Business Branch — for those building a private practice: legal foundation, brand, online presence, and marketing (contact hours coming soon)
  • Integrating Nurse Coaching in Organizations (40 contact hours) — for those leading change within healthcare systems
