Re-Enrollment Policy
What re-enrollment means, when it applies, and how to restart after a pause.
Overview
Overview Re-enrollment applies when a student is no longer eligible to defer a program or when access to a program has ended. Re-enrollment is different from a deferral and requires registering again and paying tuition. This article provides a high-level overview. For full, binding policy details, always refer to: https://inursecoach.com/course-policies-2/ When Re-Enrollment Is Required You must re-enroll in a program if any of the following apply: You are requesting a second deferral for the Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program (INCCP) You are more than 50% complete in INCCP and can no longer defer Your access to a self-paced Specialty Program has expired You did not complete a program within the allowed access or completion period Re-enrollment provides a new access period based on the program type. Re-Enrollment Discount Eligibility Students re-enrolling in the Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program (INCCP) may be eligible for a one-time 25% re-enrollment discount, subject to the following conditions: The discount is valid for one year from the original program start date The discount code must be requested from support before re-enrolling The discount may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or scholarships Re-enrollment discounts are not guaranteed for Specialty Programs and are offered at INCA’s discretion. Important Notes Re-enrollment requires payment of tuition at the time of registration Previous payments do not transfer to a new enrollment Payment plans continue according to the terms of the new enrollment Need Help?
