The payment methods available at checkout and how to choose the best option for you.

INCA offers several payment options at enrollment to provide flexibility while ensuring a clear and secure registration process. This article explains the payment methods available at checkout and what to consider when choosing an option. Available Payment Options When enrolling in an INCA program, you may see one or more of the following payment options available at checkout, depending on the program. Credit Card (Pay in Full) You may pay the full tuition amount using a major credit card. This option completes your financial obligation at the time of enrollment. Enrollment is processed immediately after payment. PayPal You may choose to pay in full using PayPal. PayPal may offer a 6-month interest-free payment option, subject to credit approval and PayPal’s terms. All PayPal payment terms, approvals, and schedules are managed directly through your PayPal account. Klarna Some programs may offer Klarna as a payment option at checkout. Klarna provides payment plans or financing options directly through Klarna. Approval, payment schedules, and terms are determined solely by Klarna. If you select Klarna, your financial agreement is with Klarna, and payments are managed through your Klarna account. Partial.ly Payment Plans INCA offers payment plans through a third-party provider, Partial.ly, for eligible programs. Partial.ly payment plans include a 5% administration fee. Payment plans divide tuition into scheduled installments that are automatically processed on the dates outlined in your Partial.ly agreement. Certificates of completion will be withheld until payment plans are paid in full. By selecting a Partial.ly payment plan, you agree to the full payment schedule and administration fee. Discount or promotional codes must be applied at checkout. Payment plans are not refundable. Choosing a payment plan does not change program policies related to access, deferrals, or completion requirements. Need Help Deciding?
