Payment Options at Enrollment
The payment methods available at checkout and how to choose the best option for you.
Overview
INCA offers several payment options at enrollment to provide flexibility while keeping registration clear and secure. This article explains the options available at checkout and what to consider when choosing.
Pay in Full
You may pay the full tuition amount by major credit card or PayPal. This completes your financial obligation at the time of enrollment, and enrollment is processed immediately after payment.
Third-Party Financing (Klarna, Affirm, PayPal Credit)
For eligible programs, you may finance your tuition through Klarna, Affirm, or PayPal Credit. You apply at checkout; INCA is paid in full up front, and your payment agreement is directly with the provider. Approval, payment schedules, and terms are determined solely by the provider.
INCA Monthly Auto-Debit Plan (via Partial.ly)
INCA's own payment plan, administered through Partial.ly, is available on programs over $500. It requires 10% down and a flat 5% administration fee — no interest and no credit check. Payments are automatically processed on scheduled dates across roughly 12–24 weeks and must be paid in full before the program ends.
Note: Certificates of completion are withheld until the plan is paid in full, and missed payments may temporarily lock course access. For full terms, see Payment Plans: Terms & Responsibilities.
Important Things to Know Before Choosing
- Available payment options may vary by program.
- Discount or promotional codes must be applied at checkout.
- Payment plans are not refundable.
- Choosing a payment plan does not change program policies related to access, deferrals, or completion requirements.
Caution: Payment plans are not refundable. Be sure a plan fits your budget before selecting it at checkout.
