The Organizations Branch (40 contact hours) prepares nurses to lead coaching, wellness, and patient-centered initiatives inside healthcare systems and other organizations.
The Integrating Nurse Coaching into Organizations Branch (also called “Implementing Nurse Coaching in Organizations & Communities”) is a Level 4 Branch for nurses who want to apply their coaching expertise inside healthcare organizations — leading wellness initiatives, employee health programs, and patient-centered coaching services within larger systems.
