INCCP Live Web Meeting Times & Course Structure
Learn how INCCP live mentorship times are scheduled, how groups are formed, and how to plan around shifts or time zones.
How live meeting times work in the INCCP
Live mentorship groups and peer coaching sessions are a core part of the Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program (INCCP). To support nurses across different schedules and time zones, INCA collects your time preferences in advance and forms groups intentionally.
Submit your time-preference form as early as possible. Preferences are honored in the order they're received and help us place you in the group that best fits your schedule.
Submitting a time preference does not guarantee a specific meeting time, and groups are not typically changed once formed. Live participation is a required part of the program.
How the course is structured week to week
The INCCP blends flexible, self-paced learning with live connection. Each week typically includes:
- Pre-recorded weekly lectures you complete on your own schedule
- Discussion forum participation
- Peer coaching sessions (during Foundations), scheduled directly with your partner through the learning platform
- Live mentorship / supervision group meetings
Submitting your time preferences
About three to four weeks before your cohort begins, every registered participant receives a form to submit time preferences for live mentorship groups. The form lists the meeting times available for your specific cohort. Submitting accurately and by the deadline is important.
How groups are formed
Mentorship (supervision) groups are formed by INCA using your preferences along with cohort size, time-zone distribution, faculty availability, and the need for balanced, sustainable group sizes. Groups stay consistent throughout the program to build trust, continuity, and depth.
What group schedules typically look like
Exact schedules vary by cohort, but here is an example from a recent group (times shown in U.S. Eastern):
- Group A — Mondays at 7:00 PM ET
- Group B — Tuesdays at 8:00 PM ET
- Group C — Tuesdays at 3:00 PM ET
- Group D — Thursdays at 9:00 PM ET
- Group E — Wednesdays at 7:00 PM ET
These are examples only. Your cohort's options will be similar, but exact days and times vary based on availability.
Meeting frequency and duration
- Foundations: groups meet 7 times, every two weeks, for 2 hours per session
- Practicum: groups meet 7 times, every two weeks, for 2 hours per session
This pacing leaves room for reflection, integration, and application between meetings.
