Are Live Sessions Required? Can I Complete the Program at My Own Pace?
Most of the INCCP is self-paced, but live mentorship-group sessions are a required part of the program.
Mostly self-paced, with required live connection
We know most of our students are working nurses with full lives. That’s why the majority of the Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program (INCCP) is self-paced and built to fit your schedule. At the same time, live, interactive sessions are woven in to support connection, accountability, and mentorship.
Live mentorship-group sessions are required. The bulk of your weekly work is self-paced, but live participation is what builds the coaching skills and connection at the heart of the program.
Can’t make a session due to an emergency? Notify your Faculty Mentor in advance — you’ll get the recording and an alternate assignment to stay on track.
How the live component works
- Small-group support: at the start of the program you’re placed in a group of 8–12 fellow nurses, grouped largely by time zone and led by a dedicated, board-certified Nurse Coach Faculty Mentor.
- Live mentorship meetings: your group meets every two weeks via live web conferencing at a time and day you select from the options offered to your cohort.
- If you can’t attend: let your Faculty Mentor know in advance. You’ll receive the session recording and an alternate assignment so you still earn credit.
You’re never alone in this journey — Faculty Mentors, INCA staff, and your peers support you the whole way. Questions about live expectations before enrolling? Book a call with an Admissions Specialist.
