What are the three INCCP enrollment pathways?
The Integrative Nurse Coach Certificate Program (INCCP) offers three pathways — Certification, Implementation, and Expansion — so you can choose how far beyond board certification you want to go.
The Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program (INCCP) is offered in three pathways. Every pathway delivers the full certification curriculum and prepares you for board certification — the difference is how much practical, career-building support you add on top.
The three pathways at a glance
- Certification — $4,300 (one-time): Our most affordable option. Includes Levels 1–3 and everything you need to become board certified, with up to 300 contact hours.
- Implementation — $4,900 (one-time): Our most popular pathway. Everything in Certification plus your choice of one Level 4 Branch (Private Practice Business or Organizations), with up to 325 contact hours.
- Expansion — $5,500 (one-time): The complete INCA experience. Everything in Implementation plus both Level 4 Branches, the bonus Integrative Nurse Coaching Interventions™ course ($1,200 value), and a 1:1 Career Pathway Meeting with faculty — up to 390 contact hours.
Not sure which to pick? Every pathway leads to the same board certifications, so you can start with Certification and focus on the credential, or choose Implementation/Expansion if you already know you want business or organizational training. Book an admissions call to talk it through.
What every pathway includes
- Level 1: Foundations — 14 weeks, 90 contact hours
- Level 2: Practicum — 16 weeks, 156 contact hours (including 60 supervised coaching hours)
- Level 3: Nurse Coach Board Certification Review and Holistic Nurse Board Certification Review
- Eligibility for Nurse Coach Board Certification (NC-BC), Holistic Nurse Board Certification (HN-BC), and Health & Wellness Nurse Coach Board Certification (HWNC-BC) through the AHNCC
- Expert faculty mentorship and lifetime alumni access to course materials
Flexible monthly payment plans are available for every pathway (a small administrative fee applies). Over 30% of INCA students also receive employer support — our ANCC accreditation makes reimbursement approval easier.
