What are the Level 4 Branches, and how do I get access to them?

Level 4 Branches are the INCCP's career-application tracks — Private Practice Business and Organizations. Learn what they are, who gets access, and when they unlock.

After you build your coaching skills (Foundations and Practicum) and prepare for board certification (Review Course), the Level 4 Branches help you apply nurse coaching to your real-world career goals. There are two Branches, each self-paced and project-based.

The two Branches

  • Nurse Coach Private Practice Business Start-Up — for nurses building independent, private coaching practices. Learn more.
  • Integrating Nurse Coaching into Organizations (40 contact hours) — for nurses leading coaching and wellness initiatives inside healthcare systems.

Who gets access

  • Implementation pathway students receive access to one Branch of their choice
  • Expansion pathway students receive access to both Branches
  • Certification pathway does not include a Branch (you can upgrade to add one)

Branch access is unlocked after you complete the Practicum (Level 2). Both Branches are self-paced, so you can work through them on your own schedule once they open.

The Branches are designed to be practical and immediately useful — project-based lessons help you take action on launching a practice or proposing a program, not just absorb theory.
