# What's the difference between the Certification, Implementation, and Expansion pathways?

## Compare the INCCP Certification, Implementation, and Expansion pathways side by side — tuition, contact hours, Level 4 Branch access, and the bonus interventions course.

All three pathways share the same core curriculum (Levels 1–3) and lead to the same board certifications. What changes is the practical, career-building training layered on top at Level 4.

### Certification — $4,300

- Best for nurses focused on earning the credential efficiently and affordably
- Levels 1–3, up to 300 contact hours
- NC-BC and HN-BC board certification eligibility
- Does not include a Level 4 Branch

### Implementation — $4,900 (most popular)

- Everything in Certification, plus your choice of *one* Level 4 Branch:
-   → Nurse Coach Private Practice Business Start-Up, *or*
-   → Integrating Nurse Coaching into Organizations
- Alumni discounts on INCA specialty programs
- Up to 325 contact hours

### Expansion — $5,500 (the complete experience)

- Everything in Implementation, plus *both* Level 4 Branches
- Bonus course: Integrative Nurse Coaching Interventions™ ($1,200 value)
- 1:1 Career Pathway Meeting with faculty
- Up to 390 contact hours — the most of any pathway

Choose Expansion if you want maximum flexibility — you keep your options open to build a private practice *and* lead inside an organization, and you get the bonus toolkit course included free.
