Yes, you’ll need to find your own practice clients as part of the required 60 coaching hours during the Practicum—but don’t worry, you won’t be doing it alone.
By the time you complete the Foundations phase, you’ll have the skills, confidence, and communication tools to start working with clients. In fact, finding clients is a valuable and empowering part of your journey as a Nurse Coach.
