Enrolling in multiple programs
How to enroll in more than one program and how scheduling, access, and pricing work.
Overview
Yes. Many nurses choose to enroll in more than one Integrative Nurse Coach® Academy (INCA) program, either at the same time or sequentially. INCA programs are intentionally designed to be complementary and flexible, allowing you to tailor your learning pathway to your goals, schedule, and interests. Combining INCCP and Specialty Programs The Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program (INCCP) is INCA’s flagship program and provides the foundational framework that informs all other offerings. You are not required to complete INCCP before enrolling in a specialty program. However, many nurses choose to begin with INCCP to establish a strong nurse coaching foundation and then layer in specialty programs to deepen or expand specific areas of practice. INCCP alumni receive a small alumni discount on all INCA specialty programs, which provides an added incentive for nurses who choose to complete INCCP before enrolling in additional programs. Taking Multiple Programs at the Same Time In many cases, you may take more than one INCA program concurrently. When considering overlapping enrollments, it’s important to think about: Your available time and weekly capacity The structure of each program (cohort-based vs. self-paced) Your personal learning style and pace Self-paced specialty programs are often combined with cohort-based programs due to their flexibility. Access Periods and Completion Timelines Each program maintains its own access period and completion requirements: Self-paced specialty programs: One year of access to complete core requirements and receive a certificate INCCP: Cohort-based timeline with required sequencing of program levels Access periods run independently for each program, even when enrolled concurrently. Registering for Multiple Programs When enrolling in more than one INCA program, please note that each program requires a separate registration and checkout. Enrollment in one program does not automatically enroll you in another. Certificates and Contact Hours Certificates and contact hours are awarded separately for each program once all requirements are met. If you are enrolled using a payment plan, certificates are issued only after tuition for that specific program is paid in full. Choosing the Right Combination The best combination of programs depends on your professional goals. Some nurses complete INCCP first and then add specialty programs using the alumni discount. Others enroll in multiple programs based on immediate learning needs.
