What can I do with this knowledge after I complete the program?

You'll be prepared to care for cannabis patients in any setting — at the bedside, in a coaching or consulting practice, or in advocacy, education, and the wider cannabis industry.

The program prepares you for clinical practice with medical cannabis patients in any setting. You'll gain a working understanding of the ECS, evidence-based practice with medical cannabis (cannabinoids, terpenes, the evidence by condition, current research, adverse reactions, and contraindications), the social issues around cannabis, and holistic/lifestyle interventions to balance the ECS.

Where you can take it

On completion you may call yourself a cannabis nurse and work in the setting of your choice — bedside, nurse coaching, consulting, entrepreneurship, advocacy, education, or legislation. Nurses with a coaching or consulting practice may also choose to become a registered CannyNurse® practitioner for an annual fee.
