Admissions Specialist Calls

What to expect on an admissions call and how to prepare so you get the most value.

Overview

INCA Admissions is here to support thoughtful, informed enrollment decisions. All INCA Admissions Specialists are board-certified nurse coaches and INCCP alumni, bringing both professional expertise and lived experience with INCA programs.

When It Makes Sense to Contact Admissions

  • Clarifying eligibility or licensure requirements
  • Comparing programs or deciding between INCCP and specialty programs
  • Understanding how programs may align with your professional goals
  • Planning the sequence of multiple programs over time
  • Confirming timing, start dates, or enrollment readiness

When You May Not Need to Contact Admissions

Many common questions are already answered in the Knowledge Base. You may not need Admissions for:

  • Detailed policy questions (refunds, deferrals, re-enrollment)
  • Post-enrollment technical or course access issues
  • Payment plan management or billing updates
  • Certificate retrieval or verification

For these topics, the Knowledge Base or the student support team can usually help faster — submit a student support ticket.

How to Contact Admissions

For most pre-enrollment questions, contact Admissions at admissions@inursecoach.com or through our contact page. An Admissions call is helpful when your questions are more complex or you want to talk through options in real time.

When to Book an Admissions Call

  • You are deciding between multiple programs
  • You are planning a longer-term learning path with INCA
  • You want to discuss how a program fits into your role or career goals
  • You have already reviewed the Knowledge Base and still have unanswered questions

Admissions calls are not required for enrollment, but they can be helpful for clarity and confidence.

What to Expect After You Reach Out

  • A response within a reasonable business timeframe
  • Follow-up questions to better understand your background or goals
  • Direction to specific Knowledge Base articles for context
  • A suggestion to schedule a call for deeper discussion, if appropriate

About INCA Admissions Specialists

All INCA Admissions Specialists are graduates of the INCCP. You are speaking with nurses who have completed INCA's flagship program themselves, understand the time commitment involved, and can speak authentically about how the training applies in real-world nursing roles. Their role is to support informed, aligned decisions — not to pressure you into enrolling.
